It took 3 years for those who post about Q to get banned. The following topics led to instant censoring and banning on social media:

PizzaGate

Claiming the New Zealand shooting was fake

Posting the name of the Ukraine "whistleblower "

Advocating the use of HCQ to cure Covid

Stating there was fraud in the 2020 elections.

Anything I'm missing?

A group of ppl buying out silver to take down the banks and from what I've read some silver post have been removed from facebook and twitter

Now videos of silversqueeze is being labeled as QAnon on YouTube.
