I don't like the guy, but I'll defend his right to ride a motorcycle. Having a shot of tequila, and the resultant .02 BAC doesn't sound like a crime in my mind. Some of his music though........"Hey little girl, is your Daddy home?" How is that okay, but "Baby, It's Cold Outside" is evil?

Yep. What a brilliant scam--make everything "illegal", then sell permits and licenses to do things that are perfectly "lawful" to begin with.
