Doesn't mean what you think it does.

Q never posted ANYTHING outside of 8chan/8kun.

Things are compartmentalized for a reason but there are still some measures of communication through intermediaries or higher ups or there would be no way to coordinate anything.

No outside comms just means that you will NEVER hear from someone outside of the assigned comms channel....
