Intelligence personnel all use android phones, but they have been gone over with a fine tooth comb and they are VERY selective about what the allow onto which phone(i mean people are still connected to facebook in some way even after they have uninstalled the facebook app so.....)

The phone they are usually seen using is unlikely to be the only phone they use, different phones for different uses..
