One of the things that stumps me about this post is all of the capital letters. Generally all caps means either the writer is shouting or trying to emphasize a point or all caps can be an acronym for something else. I've started looking up acronyms for some of the all cap words in this post. Here's a few that I found interesting:
...follow the STARS: Surveillance Target Attack Radar System (used by the military?)
STARS is also an interview questioning technique: Situation Task Actions Results
...you are STUPID: Smart Talented Unique Person In Demand
Probably no connection...
