Update: THE DISTANCE OF THE FIBERS, not size. Q has taught us not to listen to MSM but to educate ourselves. Once we all understand the size of a virus verses the distance of the fibers of the mask? We can all look at these people for who they are, and know they are lying to us to harm our way of life. I have learned that the size of a virus is so tiny, a mask is absolutely silly. Anyone who has gone through medical school should know this. Let's share the knowledge. Knowledge is power against evil. https://www.khanacademy.org/test-prep/mcat/cells/viruses/v/virus-structure-and-classification

Actually, it isn't so much the size of the virus. While the virus is 0.0125 microns in size, it does not travel effectively on it's own. It travels on moisture droplets. Most surgical masks can trap moisture particles as small as 50-60 microns. In a sneeze however, you can have many particje as small as 10-20 microns which could carry the virus thru most masks. N95 masks trap 95% of the tiniest droplets. This is why they are effective against Chinavirus. This is another reason why humidity levels affect Covid transmission. Droplet sizes are affected by moisture levels which are also subject to gravity and thus how far they can travel in air. Optimal humidity against viruses would be 45-65%

The droplets evaporate in seconds.
