people think he's a black hat because they think he was in on the 9/11 job

That doesn’t make sense to me. He defended Trump in the first impeachment, brought Hunter Biden’s laptop to light, collected information on the election fraud, and back in 9/11 days I’m pretty sure he also had minimal crime while mayor of NYC compared to current Cuomo.
