So now they change the rules and state they only need a majority to bar Trump from running?

I notice that many believe that Trump needs to physically be in the Office for the plan to work! Consider that the plan is a military op and whatever you are seeing right now is simply for optics to convince the sleepers. During Trump's presidency, Obama ran a shadow government using his allies that were within Trump's government. Two can play the game! NCSWIC!
