I don't see it as relevant. First, anyone who wants to vote for or against impeachment has all the cover they need. So it comes down to politics. If the GOP are really out to stop Trump, they may vote to impeach. In other words, Trump has more than proved his side but the other side has muddied the waters enough that no one will question either vote. That's likely why they aren't wasting any more time on evidence.
That being said, I'm very disappointed that the evidence on election fraud wasn't presented. However, I realize i don't have a clue about the strategy going forward, assuming there is one.
