Can someone either give a brief overview of Qanon, or perhaps link to some good info?

As a late comer to all this, I don't trust most things I'll find searching or the Wikipedia, although I have read it.

I'd like to know for myself, and as well speaking of him as I know a few that only have the MSM narrative.
