Part of these peoples 'religion' is subterfuge, deceit, manipulation and lies.

They like to present themselves as the good guys(actual good guys rarely worry about such things...), the clue isn't so much the 'critical' use of symbolism but rather how they present themselves in the video(narcissism, savior, leading the children etc...).

Their whole shtick is taking something that appears to be good and perverting it/making it their own.......................
