my impression was that trump won by so much in 2016 that they knew the amount of cheating they would have to do would be too suspicious. so they let it play out. This time in 2020 they just rode it till the wheels fell off and it was grinding on the frame shooting spark everywhere, then they jumped off and hauled it a little further with rope. just to push uncle sniffy over the finish line.
