That definitely appears to be an official presidential vehicle.

Trump rode in an SUV exactly like that to/from Walter Reed, and when he drove around the rally of people supporting him recently.

I don't know exactly when they decide to use which vehicle, but it is definitely common for that heavily modified SUV to be used.

What is NOT common is how objectively filthy it is; THAT NEVER HAPPENS.

ALL motorcade cars are FASTIDIOUSLY maintained by USSS.

I've seen photos / videos of them with one of those red-mopped California Car Dusters, dusting & polishing the cars inside of C5s before.

I know for a fact those cars are ALWAYS 10000% immaculate.

The fact this one is so filthy is very weird indeed...something is up.

Maybe you are right. I thought the new beast was different and smaller windows due to security but I may be wrong. Maybe the dirty vehicles is similar to the wrinkled flags (dishonor/traitor/no name).
