Only if it's an Air Force plane, otherwise it'd be called Executive One if a private plane.

Source for this? This goes against everything I've heard & read on this topic. And I've been heavily into planes since I was a little child.

I also don't think a sitting President would ever be allowed to fly on a non-Air Force / US Gov. Plane....
