No bidens plane is not one of the four special C-32 made for AF2 and occasional AF1 duty. Special C-32 are tail numbers 80001 80002 90003 90004

bidens tail number in 90017 which is funny because its 17 for Q, its also not a special hardened C-32 and never flew with the destination AF1 or AF2.
