These look like hand signals. Similar to the Mitch McConnell hand signals. Do they have any meaning/purpose?

I'll agree with you to a certain extent. People sitting down to chat generally don't know what to do with their hands. Some people "talk with their hands." In the military they teach you to keep your hands still.
HOWEVER, there are times when secret hand signals are obvious. The hand signals we saw on Jan 6th at the "certification" were definitely secret messages.
But, yeah, be careful not to conflate the two ideas.
Public Speaking 101 teaches you to move your hands when delivering powerful statements. Not everything is Q related guys. I agree these people are on another level of evil but they aren’t communicating with hand signals in the senate chamber during the hearing, I mean they laughed when Schoen mispronounced Philadelphia, that’s really the only interesting thing that happened (minus the witness being ok’d and then retracted shortly after)
On Jan 6th during the "Certification", as I said, there were definitely hand signals.
Or just hand positions that you interpreted as hand signals
