Question for Lawyers

I understand that the vaccine for Covid is a trail and if you take it you can’t sue the manufacturer but what about organization that forced you to take it. Couldn’t they be sued? Airline? Employers?

What if the manufacturer knew about side effects and didn’t say anything or hid them?

According to these two presenters, and under 15 US Code Section 41, what they are trying to give people is not legally defined as a vaccine.
