You're reading a tabloid quoting a researcher who says he pursued FOIA after he learned the 2017 revelations of ... the same tabloid.
I see the DIA statement that describes it as "information on test results from the UAP material from Bigelow Airspace", which is a bit of a start; but there is no reason why the UAPs should be extraterrestrial in origin rather than weather balloons or other unknown human aircraft that include nitinol, which is widely used. I'm always in favor of FOIA but on some things it's a very long hunt to uncover something that won't help your case much. So I don't see a lot here.
