Trump did not "Engage" in Insurrection as Section 3 explicitly states.

He was impeached on "Inciting" an insurrection and acquitted.

Does one not have to be found "guilty" of ENGAGING in insurrection for section 3 to apply?

More trampling of the Constitution.

Wouldn't prosecuting him for supposedly inciting an insurrection when he's already been acquitted of that very crime be double jeopardy, and thus a violation of the fifth amendment?

Oh, wait, the Uniparty doesn't follow the Constitution if it's not in their favor. Nevermind.
