This is still not proof. This is just one human stating his opinion of what happened. We need to find actual proof and have those people arrested.

But that also means he might have questionable motives.

If he really believes that turtle wanted a mess for nefarious reasons, and cares a out his country, he should go public with his account and any evidence he has.
