10TH AMENDMENT Rights Reserved to States or People Passed by Congress September 25, 1789. Ratified December 15, 1791. The first 10 amendments form the Bill of Rights
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
If there is no defined process in the constitution for the recall of congress members, would that not be a power left to the states or the people therein? I say we urge our state legislatures to remove these corrupt congress members from office.
I like your thinking. As long as the constitution doesn't say how to do it or say you can't do it, then the states or people can make up the rules for it.
