I'll start to enjoy the show when the first act begins (first arrests). Until then there's not much enjoyment, just eager anticipation. We're just anticipating while watching the credits, like in old-time movies when credits came first to give people time to get back to their seats with their popcorn.

The stage has been set. The actors are ready. Now we wait for the director to yell, "Action!"
