(so a plain-clothes officer discharged a firearm on capital grounds into a crowd with five other officers directly behind the victim)

The swat officers carrying SMGs immediately walk to the door and give a thumbs up to whoever exists on the other side of the door.

Presumably, all these officers are there to quell an insurrection. The first shot had been fired, the "other" side is still uncontrolled, and all 5 swat officers are dealing with the victim.

So a real good questions to ask are

1. if this story is true, why is the uniformed security so incompetent with firearms?
2. Why did all 5 members of the entry team perform the medic/evac role on a victim of the "insurrectionists" and fail to clear the rest of them?

Further, we saw all summer that even liberal cops in Beverly Hills have extremely good tactics when it comes to clearing streets and driving violent agitators away from certain areas.

1. Why was there one uniformed security officer left to himself and why was he trained (or not trained) to lead the "insurrectionists" directly where they wanted to go?
