Not trying to datefag, but what’s the theory behind March 4th??

Sorry in advance, I’ve heard some normies talking about March 4th and I mentioned the price of Trump hotel in DC for that date (or I think it’s for Mar-A-Lago) how for Mar 3rd and 4th, the price was about 3x higher than average... what is this story behind these dates? Why do some hopium seekers like this date?? I believe that date resembles the inauguration date prior to US becoming a corporation... but I could be wrong

He previously said that the same company that was hired for the Jan 20 inauguration (stage, lighting ,etc) was hired back in December and paid up front to do another inauguration on March 4.
