Wrong.... The communists would have done this already if they could do it that easily. The 14th amendment requires a 2/3 vote from both sides of congress.... Stop pushing fear porn....

They could only block him from office via 14A if he were actually found guilty of insurrection by a court or military tribunal. The 2/3 requirement is to remove such a block.
