Once again they are literally violating the Constitution with their actions. The 14th Amendment, Clause 3 CLEARLY says it applies to someone in office.

Of course, this Clause also applies to all the House and Senate members that are have blatantly been violating the Constitution since January 6th with this whole fiasco.
