For my money Q is either one of the civilians or military in the group of around 10 who are running the plan, which must really include President Trump.
Q must also be someone recognizable because he said, "You won't believe who it is"
So Ivanka, JFK jr, Elvis :-) anyone's guess really, but someone important to the public.
Why do you think we need to know at this stage who Q is and who or what Alice is?
I used to be a leftie and hated the US with a passion because I saw only the destruction of foreign lands which is really not what the US stands for as I now realize.
Now to me, the US is the beacon of freedom for mankind and I'm hanging out on a q board hoping for a better future, so I'll agree with bastion of hope and US WWG1WGA because listening to real Americans has brought me round. Thanks Frens
