Hmm on the outset this looks really bad. Ukraine was the seat of control and power for Deep State, and Crimea was the part that Putin reclaimed back. Now he is allowing it to be taken over?

OR, is Ukraine now fully white hat, and unifying with Crimea is a symbolic gesture of their success?
