So the only thing definitive that might happen on the 19th would be their refusal to hear the case. That would set something else in motion. If they do agree to hear it, not much may happen on the 19th or very soon after.

Everything I’ve read points to them not making a ruling until fall. Biden will have plenty of time to make millions of new citizens before then.
