I've recently been introduced to gematria, and I'm looking to learn more. How it is used, what is its meaning, if there is anything to it. Thanks in advance

That "Bible Code" stuff is a crock. You can take any text and find things in it. I corresponded with the Amazing Randi about it years ago. As a test, I took a chapter of "Moby Dick," stripped the spaces and punctuation out of it, and printed it as a solid block of text. I found all kinds of interesting words and names vertically and diagonally, also by skipping letters.
