Believe me. Here they’re limiting the weed getting sold To u per month.
This is another false claim. They don't limit how much weed you can buy in a month. Cannabis is provincial, not federal. Each province has their own rules set in place. No province has a rule/law restricting the amount of Cannabis you can own or purchase in a month. The only restriction is the amount you can purchase and carry on you at one time.
Now, I don't agree with them trying to restrict limits per purchase, one can simply purchase, walk to their car, place their item back in the car and enter and purchase their next batch. However to claim there's a "monthly limit" is just blatantly false.
No- it happened to my boyfriends dad. They literally told him he was done for the month because he bought “too much” and was “past his limit”. So I’m sorry but no it’s not just a tale it’s real. A real thing.
Sorry your boyfriends dad was discriminated against, but that's not the law. He should be reporting this incident to Human Rights if thats the case.
Our only restrictions are up to 30g dried cannabis carry, 150g fresh cannabis carry, and 3 plants per household. There is no monthly or household limit on cannabis.
So. Your boyfriends father faced discrimination and nothing more.
Now if it was medicinal, then thats another story and you should've stated it was medicinal if it was because those laws are different being a form of medication.
