And i kept pulling it down so he could read my lips...you know...because he is deaf.

Send a letter to the medical board that they did not reasonably provide for communication for a hearing disabled person.

I’d Make sure to send a letter to the doctor letting him know why I changed practice. You never know it could have just been the fearfull clerks issue. Maybe not.
