Someone posted the link to it a couple of days ago, and since then it's become more organized and a few more files have been added. There's currently an empty subfolder labeled "SCOTUS" under "ELECTION_INVESTIGATION" and another folder that was added today that is password protected.

Certainly. Mike's video is the mp4 file named "USCYBERATTACKFRAUD" in the "ELECTION_INVESTIGATION" folder.
