AT&T cell network is blocking rumble.com (without a VPN), anyone else?

So I toggled on/off my VPN and rumble will not load unless Mullvad is on. Tried 2 different browsers (DDG and FF). What else is att blocking now???

I have AT&T also, mostly use Bing on computer and it just came right up for me.
