Looks like any registered voter can sign on to the suit, or at least that seems to be the plan. Not sure they have that totally worked out yet.

I am not writing this to promote this lawsuit, but it does appear to be a good idea. More research is required before I throw it out based on CrystalClear's comments. First of all, the comments from "CrystalClear" - are not crystal clear! He says, "RandomSense is promoting a HONEYPOT site!" Am I supposed to know what this proves or even means? He does not show or point to evidence of the allegation "Clearly honeypot" Why/How? It's not clear to me He's never seen a class action suit that [whatever]... So what? anecdotal at best, this statement has no meaning. And there is no need to be so rude. The poster, tattletalestrangler, is being proactive and doing his/her best to alert us of something that may be informative and more... If you have knowledge that would help us navigate, please present a clear explanation. Your posts are all over the place, very arbitrary, and absolutely inconclusive.
