I remember reading all about Anglesea. I did quite a bit of research on children's homes, boarding schools, and Juvenile Detention facilities in the UK. I was shocked at the number of politicians and police officials who are involved. Just like California, it is a full blown industry. I was also shocked to learn that this has been going on for centuries.

Btw, here in the US, Juvenile Detention facilities and High School sports programs are rotten with sexual exploitation that is never reported on. When a story gets out, it stays local and is quickly forgotten.
