Have you ever looked on the his website? It has his bio - and I know he does live in Florida. He's real !! I listen to him every night ?

I know he's also part of the military - so maybe he likes his privacy and what's to remain private. I'm not sure why you need to know what he looks like - and seriously if you don't trust him because you don't know what he looks like - then don't listen to him. It's kinda creepy because I think you have a crush on him ?????
