Everyone mispronounces things. He also sounds like a NYer now living in FL. NYers have shit accents (I know, I grew up there).
His ads are pre-recorded and timed through his reports to fire off automatically, just like commercials on YT videos, which always cut in mid-song or mid-comment.
I have heard him do real interviews with guests on his show. AI is not smart or "smooth" enough to do that sort of commentary.

Some of the things that sound repetitive, is because those spots are prerecorded and add in at specific moments in the recordings, this saves time. I'm just saying.

There are some blatantly obvious mispronunciations that occur nearly every video. I've wondered if the "person" reading it, is not the person that wrote it. I've also noticed in the past few weeks, there has been some noticeable uptick in emotional intensity to the delivery, as though there is directed emphasis on certain topics/subjects.
I wonder at times if "Dave" isn't 5 or 6 levels down from the source, I have also noticed there have been times that items that have been posted here were out prior to him discussing it on the videos. I'm sure others have noticed there are various accounts across social media that always seem to have the right info at precisely the right time, take techofog on twatter for one, always seems to have the right legal info or link to a doc that is publicly accessible that people wouldn't have found otherwise.
I know he's also part of the military - so maybe he likes his privacy and what's to remain private.
I'm not sure why you need to know what he looks like - and seriously if you don't trust him because you don't know what he looks like - then don't listen to him.
