After watching the videos, IK also had some victims listed in there, too. He noted they were protecting the guilty. I wonder if Downey was a victim in his youth, but never turned the perp in, on purpose.

The mind blowing one was Seth Green - "on both sides of it" - first a victim, now a perp?
