Yeah, well SCOTUS can't work in a vacuum. They'll have the first discussions but the actual cases - court cases - are, from what I heard, unlikely until the fall. Of course, I'm no JHTH, so I am prepared to retract this statement and deny that I ever said it, in the spirit of our true DS overlords. KEK
