You should find better sources. I’ve read irrefutable proofs that Racine is the center for a lot of fuckery over the last few decades.

Mind control is not only possible, they have specific protocols for the different types of mind control slaves they want to create. It begins with compartmentalizing victims brains in order to create a perfect model to relay messages, plans, secrets, etc.
