Everyone should be aware that CPP is located in the 5000 block of Connecticut Ave NW. They are not the only business associated with pedo activity on that block - Terasol, Besta Pizza, and Politics & Prose have also been linked with the symbols. There was also an individual - Arun Rao (IIRC) - who was listed as an owner in Besta Pizza. He was with the DOJ and oversaw trafficking investigations. Hopefully, my recollections are correct.
