Could this be referring to the 3 gorges dam? I’ve seen some news of high water levels and possible collapse

Or, could refer to water systems being contaminated. Or, rough water ahead, i.e. watch current events go chaotic.
I also thought of contaminated since there were two stories in the news recently of this (drinking water contamination), one in Florida another in Texas. I have my eyes opened to see if this is a new form of terrorism.
So on January 14th I drive my boys up to the bus stop around 7:35am est. As I put the car in park, there were two guys in full camo with camo back packs entering the small wooded area across the street. Being new to q I was super excited that the military might be in control. Then nothing happened. Now reading about the water, the wooded area surrounds a gated water storage for most of the south part of the county. Maybe the military is watching our water supply. Wish I had video of the guys entering the woods but my phone is over 3 years old so the video is garbage?
