Qclock resources anyone?

Anyone have any good resources they can share for understanding the qclock? I've been searching, but some stuff just seems like junk. And given I don't know what I don't know, tough to validate what I'm seeing.

Print it in high quality, use a ruler to align dates.

Reference dates in line with drops.

The clock is legit.
