Yes, totally agree! Those are the Christians who are being obedient to man and fear man and not God imho. May God expose this evil for what it is and give christians the zeal and courage to stand up for what’s right!!
I understand where you are coming from. Lately I've been wrestling with that idea and the passage below from Matthew 5.
Since Jesus both flipped tables AND said to go the extra mile and turn the other cheek, how do we know when to do which? How can we refuse to live the lie being foisted upon us and yet be a servant and neighbour to those we interact with?
You have heard that it was said, ‘Eye for eye, and tooth for tooth.’ But I tell you, do not resist an evil person. If anyone slaps you on the right cheek, turn to them the other cheek also. And if anyone wants to sue you and take your shirt, hand over your coat as well. If anyone forces you to go one mile, go with them two miles.
Jesus set us free for freedom!
Yes & amen!
The Holy Spirit literally allows one to see truth. Jesus would see through all these lies for what they are.
But seeing through the lies is not enough. One must have the courage, like Jesus, to point out the lies and renounce them as the evil they are.
I suspect many know the truth but lack the courage to act on it.
Amen, brother!
God is Love and Faith is Fearless!
Yes!
Amen
