I'm convinced bill gates doesn't know much about computers. I'm also convinced Elon Musk doesn't know much about electric cars, rocket technology, or how PayPal actually works.

Does any of us really know how PayPal works. Most the time they side with the buyer who scams out the seller, rarely do they side with the seller.
