[https://social.quodverum.com/@ThomasWic/105744162388816437] Please read this thread linked above, and also the NEWSWEEK article linked too [https://www.newsweek.com/exclusive-inside-militarys-top-secret-plans-if-coronavirus-cripples-government-1492878] It says there are SEVEN above top-secret contingency plans that have been established to have non-localized continuation of government in case of total or almost total wipe-out of civilian government. Some operational plans have to do with relocating congress, SC, how to transfer power on an extra-constitutional basis in case of war, nuclear bomb or dirty bomb detonation, massive civil unrest (think food shortages) or a hot war on US soil. I am wondering if Q drops have been lifted from THESE seven plans, with actual lines lifted verbatim from these various operational plans. The entire concept of devolution for emergency makes sense, and explains some of those strategic staffing chess moves we saw in Sept-Dec/Jan. Someone described a Netflix show to me, called “Designated Survivor” about the medium-level government staffer who is in charge of the entire US Government when Congress gets blown up during a SOTU address, and everyone is killed.

Ha.

And yes, ain't nothing nobody can do now. For one thing, there was no constitutional succession in place on January 20, due to the fact that the election was stolen.

Trump ordered the military to put their contingency plans into action, which was done with ZERO disruption.

AND.

The devolution staff would NOT have done this without evidence that it was necessary.

All pitfalls were avoided. And the right people were chosen.

I did hear about that...and thought even Sidney Powell mentioned it... that is part of the devolution...that elected officials are agents of a foreign power who also stole our election...sets the stage for the military to take over delegates authority for a period of time. I’m just wondering how this gets unwound...
