Some operational plans have to do with relocating congress, SC, how to transfer power on an extra-constitutional basis in case of war, nuclear bomb or dirty bomb detonation, massive civil unrest (think food shortages) or a hot war on US soil. I am wondering if Q drops have been lifted from THESE seven plans, with actual lines lifted verbatim from these various operational plans. The entire concept of devolution for emergency makes sense, and explains some of those strategic staffing chess moves we saw in Sept-Dec/Jan. Someone described a Netflix show to me, called “Designated Survivor” about the medium-level government staffer who is in charge of the entire US Government when Congress gets blown up during a SOTU address, and everyone is killed.
