A few issues with this. That location is the intersection of two shipping lanes... and it appears to be standard movement. If you watch that website for 30 minutes- all of those ships are moving through that location. They are not sitting in that spot. If they really didn’t want to be seen there they would turn off their transponder completely.

Not sure what you mean about zooming in and seeing bubbles...
