After all, Florida has a large senior population, so if there was a spread it would likely be worse than NY's numbers, even with Cuomo's nursing home policy. Luckily Desantis followed every protocol we took with novel diseases before March 2020. Limit movement early on for a bit when the spread starts, then spend all energy on symptomatic care and protecting the vulerable, while letting those who are likely safe get immunity.
